We have worked with Mark and Harvey several times now. We first hired them to replace our front eavestroughs and downspouts. We were very pleased with the experience and quality the work and hired them again to do the back. These guys are no-nonsense - their communication is prompt and to the point - they lay out all options and potential costs and explain each piece of the work - they respond quickly, schedule the work fast and keep you apprised of any changes - they work with you to ensure they understand your needs and find the solution you want. We had a tricky placement in our back due to deck and windows, but Mark worked with us to suggest a variety of options and listened to our preferences Work is done when they say and both times it was done within 1 day. We asked Filip and Teddy to overhaul our home computer network. We had aging PCs, poor connectivity and no centralized file sharing. Filip and Teddy took the time to do a home inspection and understand how we would use each device, then made strong recommendations. They covered the pros and cons of various options and explained each step in the process. Ultimately, they installed a new Mesh network on all three floors, connected 2 media PCs to our Livingroom and family room TVs and setup a NAS server for all our files and media. They took care of sourcing and purchasing the right hardware, set-up, installation and configuration. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with - will use them again when it comes time to set-up our den PC and media system.
