I had extensive spalling of bricks on top part of the chimney. Stephen from SMC Masonry visited for inspection and estimates and provided me with details as to what may have caused this and also suggested to rebuild the top section of the chimney. His team did efficient job to complete in one day, and have also made a ramp on top of the cement slab to ensure the water runs away from the chimney as oppose to stay on top to prevent future damages.
