Quality Service is something rare today and it was so refreshing to experience this with Daniel from Rydel Roofing and their technicians. Daniel walked through the process and was always available thru text or phone call to answer or clarify any questions or concerns you may have. They really work hard at making sure they can get in and out in a timely manner. No interruptions, one day install. The technicians were top notch with years of experience. They made sure to make me confident that the torch they were using was handled by a long time veteran. Couldnt say enough about Daniel and his team.

24/7 live person took my call at 2:30am and they were the first ones to call me back at 7am. Robert C showed up and I wasn't in better hands. He was very excellent in both his service and getting the job down. Walk me step by step of what he was going to do. He waited patiently for over an hour till the city of Toronto came back to shut off. With employees like Robert C, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
