Technician Craig and dispatcher Roy both courteous and very helpful. Required replacement part was not available from local Carrier source, Roy tracked down part and had it shipped from another province.

Very prompt response to the problem, I called AAA in the evening and a technician arrived the following morning. Jason conducted a thorough inspection of the property outside and inside and identified areas of concern then provided humane solutions to remedy the problem.
