Jermaine was hired to fix an Electrolux oven with significant sparking noise. He troubleshooted the issue quickly and efficiently identified the problem. He also repaired the broken part in another visit (the owner purchase the spare part). Overall very professional and polite technician. Work done in a tidily manner. Would strongly recommend Jermaine to anyone.
