I've been needing duct cleaning for awhile. I did a lot of research and even had annoying telemarketers call me non stop for duct cleaning - obviously I refused. When I came across Diya's company - i did my research and looked over the reviews and I can say that I am so impressed with the level of service he provided. One of the first things that impressed me was his phone mannerism and etiquette - speaks a lot about the person when they're very clear and polite over the phone. Diya was on time, and completed the cleaning in just over an hour. He was extremely courteous and was very careful with bringing in his equipment into the house. He allowed me to take several videos of the cleaning as it was taking place and he also took several before/after pictures. As the entire cleaning was done, he told me what he was doing and explained everything. We had a room where we had some kittens and there was duct in there. Diya recommended that we not go into that room and instead clean the duct from the other side. One thing that Diya did that was amazing had to do with my car. My car was dead and needed a boost and he helped me push it to the road and even gave me a boost with his truck after. This was something completely unexpected and took me by surprise. I cannot express how helpful he was and how lucky we were to have gotten him to do our cleaning. I highly recommend Diya and his company as he definitely goes above and beyond! Thank you Diya!!
