This is the second time I had Todd and his team provide services. Recently they cleaned the kitchen tiles and all carpeting throughout the house. The kitchen tiles and grout were so dirty they were black instead of light grey. The light coloured carpets were also quite stained. After cleaning everything looked brand new! Todd returned to clean an accidental stain on the carpet from the solution used on the adjacent kitchen tiles. He went above and beyond by cleaning the entire living room carpet again instead of the spot cleaning required. About 10 years ago i had my sofa set cleaned. The couches looked great after cleaning however there was one stubborn stain that surfaced. Other service providers would have said that is the best they can do but Todd was adamant that he was not going to stop until it was gone. He made additional visits to do exactly that! The level of Amazing Results' customer service is incomparable!
