Our garage door was stuck and wouldn't open or close. I placed a call and he managed to make it through the snowstorm. He replaced the cable and performed extra work that wasn't part of the original request at no extra cost. He was friendly and very polite and happily explained what I needed to know. I would recommend Garage Door Depot.
