Sales person was informative and did not try to oversell me on the product I wanted. I found the installers did a thorough job and they consulted with me often during the install to make sure that everything was where I wanted it. They even completed some of the insulating that I had intended to do for them, but got side tracked on. Initially he had said that we could pull the unit from the wall in order to finish off. They cleaned up decently after themselves, but did miss a couple of spots that had probably been pushed over to the side. All in all a good experience and I look forward to using their products in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional crew. Willing to do a small residential job in order to bring my "duplexed house" up to code without over installing or overcharging. They added another room for a couple hundred more, and were very informative about their product and how it would be installed.

Tim has done a very thorough job looking over the needs I have right now in bringing my granny flat up to code. He has also been able to accommodate my schedule since I'm doing a lot of the work myself. I'm looking forward to seeing a quality completed project done and feel that the work will be done properly. Continuing with our project a month later and Tim is doing a very efficient job correcting previous owners mistakes. We are feeling much better about the quality of work being done.

Due to poor workmanship the front of my house was leaking into the basement. While I would have preferred to speak to them before the work was done in person, the customer service rep was informative about how the work would be done. The workers listened to the issues I was having, did a very thorough job with the ice and water shielding , and cleaned up after themselves. They caulked every gap I could find and did such a clean job of it that you have to look closely to see it. Nice job and thank you.
