I called David about water getting trapped beneath our balcony post resulting in the staining and cracking of some trim below. Kamil assessed the problem and found a solution. This was a small job but it did require that he come 3 back times for each stage of the repair. Kamil worked efficiently and expertly, taking great pride in his work. David and company stand behind their work and customer satisfaction is important to them. I am happy with the repair and I will continue to recommend "Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone" to our family and friends.

We had a great experience Milestone Aluminum. Last December 2018 we had new eaves, downspouts, leafguard system put in, as well as pigeon spikes. I waited 8 months to report that we have had no problems with the snow in the winter or rain during spring and summer. And great news the pigeons have not come back to nest either. The workmanship is excellent and the staff are courteous and efficient. Some minor work was missed and it was taken care of in a few days. It's was wonderful working with Dorian and the company.
