popcorn ceiling removal with veneer finish
Declan did a great job in our home about 6 months ago. He removed the popcorn ceilings on main floor (we have high ceiling in family room) and second floor lobby. He did veneer finish on top and primed all ceiling. He protected all walls with plastic. The Ceilings looks smooth and beautiful and bright. Top Qualities: Great Results, Personable, Accommodating, Excellent Value, very responsive to emails and texts. My only nit picks are that he originally supposed to start 9:00am in the morning but the night before he changed to 12 noon. The next morning this was changed to the next day "one of his guy called in sick". The project took a little longer than I was told up front but because I wasn't yet living at my new place it wasn't an issue. We'll certainly hire him again for future projects. Thank you very much!!
