A technician by the name of Oleg came out and repaired the issue within the hour, explaining to me that the heating element burnt out and required replacing. After he completed the repair, he throughly tested it with me to make sure everything is working correctly, and also provided me with maintenance tips to make sure I do not have any future problems. I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them for any future repairs.
