I initially signed a contract with Adriano in Sept of 2015. The majority of the blinds were installed later in 2015. On the day of installation, there was one blind that was damaged, and one that was totally not delivered. I was told that I would be contacted when the blinds were available for installation. Multiple phone calls were not returned in 2016. Finally, in mid December I reached Adriano, but he informed me he was closing for the Christmas break, and would contact me in January. Again he did not return my call, but I devoted myself to staying on top of this to get the issue resolved. He made an appointment with me on three separate occasions to install the blinds in January, and early February. Each time he did not come to install the blinds, and did not advise me that he was not able to make the scheduled appointments. On three days, I waited at home for him, wasted my time. Finally, on the third missed appointment I advised him in a phone message that I would not schedule another appointment with him, and I wanted him to ship the blinds to me at his cost, and I would take care of having the blinds installed. He called me back after getting this message to advise me that he had contacted me on Facebook to advise me he was not going to be able to make the appointment that day. On Facebook? Seriously? He is not my friend, he is not someone that I have ever had any contact with outside of calling him on his business phone number. I reiterated my position and he said he would ship the blinds to me, as of our conversation on Feb. 7. After 4 weeks, the blinds had not been delivered to me. When I finally was able to reach and talk to him on March 9, he told me that he had shipped them by Purolator and was I sure I had not signed for them. Seriously? I told him he needed to follow up with Purolator because if he had asked for me to sign for the blinds there would be a tracking number. He said he would get back to me. Next time we talked the blinds were delivered to the wrong address which he would text to me, and never did. Then he said that Purolator would not tell him the address the blinds had been delivered to, despite earlier telling me that he had the address they had been dropped off at. I wonder how happy Purolator would be to hear that he is slandering their name in many different ways. I just want my blinds. This problem is unresolved, and has been going on for a length of time that is not reasonable in my mind. His explanations feel like excuses, and I do not want any more excuses. Please do not give you business to someone who is in no way a professional. I regret that I did. And do not pay 100% up front, as I did. Buyer beware. I wish I could go back, and choose a different company to deal with. It's not too late for people reading this!!

Company Response

This review is not accurate. It is simply not the truth. Both homes we have done for you we're installed on May 19, 2015 which is 2 years ago. 1 out of 28 shades was damaged during the shipping process and reordered. A number of called were made out to you in 2015 for rectification. No returned calls were made by you and your shade was returned to manufacturer stock after 12 months. When first contacting us in December of 2016 we schuedle an appointment that had to be reachuelded due to unforeseen reasons. With our committment to making our customer happy we agreed to remake your shade with no charge. The shade was reordered and delivered according to Purolator to the wrong address. An investigation has been ongoing. This situation is out of our companies control and it is unfair that you have choose to address this matter in this way. We would be more then happy to remake your shade free of charge and give this one more try on the proper terms. Please feel free to call us at 905-449-3929 and speak with Marco.
