They don't know how to install the stairs. The handrail is totally garbage. I need to spend another $2000 to fix. When I talk to them after the installation with all the problem. First they said they will come and fix it. So I take a day off wait for them. Worker never show up, when I call again, they don't pick up the call, I went to their company, the owner just don't care, they said I don't need to pay the last $800 (which I already paid over $5000), never never deal with them again. They just in business for 2 yrs and the owner no idea what a good work mean.
