After 8 years my faithful laptop was ready for retirement. Joseph helped me select a suitable replacement, loaded the software that I wanted, and transferred all of my documents and photos and bookmarks. He upgraded my email application and ensured it was synched to my phone. When I asked for help in the days after my purchase, Joseph remotely logged onto my computer, made the changes that I requested and answered all my questions. Troy showed up on time, quickly identified and sealed the entry points leading into the attic, and installed a wire mesh exit funnel. He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Jeffrey Hines was very happy to recommend a name brand air conditioning system (condenser and coil) to meet our needs and he installed it at a convenient time. But the unit began to leak onto the basement floor the following day. Jeff returned once, claimed to fix the problem and left. The leak continued. Jeff never answered any of our calls again. We were forced to find another HVAC contractor to come in to find and fix the problem - the drainage pipe had been incorrectly installed.

Our basement drain pipe leading to the city sewer line became blocked and overflowed back onto our basement floor. Roy was very responsive and quickly began working to clear the drainage pipe with his motorized auger. He found and cleared the blockage in the pipe (about 35 feet from the basement drain) and soon had the drainage water flowing out of our house. His clean-up and advice on what to do if we ever experience the problem again wrapped up a satisfactory service call. Roy was in and out in 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. Bravo.
