I had to have a brick wall torn down on the side of my house and did not find out until 2 days before work was scheduled to start that I needed to have the hydro service removed from that wall. I called 15 electricians that night and Mario called me back right away. He came first thing in the morning to see what needed to be done and said that he would have it ready before the brick demo was scheduled to start. After finding out that we could not do any hydro work until an inspector from Toronto Hydro approved, Mario spent hours on the phone with Toronto Hydro to ensure that an inspector would come by the house ASAP so that the work could still be done on time. Once all permits and approvals were in place, Mario completed the work and the hydro service was out of the way before the brick demo was ready to start. Mario was professional, honest and very friendly. I would gladly work with him again and have him coming by to install soffit potlights next!
