We contacted Green Side Up Contracting to install our backyard and front yard fence. In a year where lumber seemed difficult to obtain, we were very happy that Green Side Up Contracting could still deliver and install our fence this year! The invoice was very detailed (which I appreciate) and Jay answered any and all questions very quickly. From our first meeting with Jay, we knew we found a great company to complete our fence project. Daniel and crew were friendly, professional and they did an amazing job! We are beyond thrilled with the final product and cannot wait to enjoy our backyard even more next summer! We would not hesitate to recommend Green Side Up Contracting to our family and friends! We hired Roni Flooring to install the porcelain tile on our main floor (kitchen, hallway and powder room). Roni is knowledgeable and noticed right away that the tile I had chosen could not be paid in the pattern I wanted, and he came up with a solution that worked for me. Overall, Roni's installation was good. The reason I did not give a perfect score was that it was a little difficult to hear back from him and I only received responses after reaching out a couple times. When you are on a timeline, this was not ideal. Another negative to me is that they did not fully clean up the garbage they produced. Inside the house it was fine, no mess. But they left 3 very heavy garbage bags on my deck full of cut pieces of tile, the waste they produced during this job. The bags are so full that they will rip when I try to move them. This is obviously not an ideal situation to be left with, which is why I am hesitant to fully recommend this company. Perhaps "cleanup" wasn't part of the cost, I am not sure. I just don't think that leaving 3 heavy bags of tile for the homeowner to deal with is professional or courteous.

I am renovating my kitchen essentially all new wiring in the kitchen (new outlets, new switches, potlights). Minielectric was incredible to work with and I am very pleased with the work they did for us. Esteban is very knowledgeable and a hardworker. I was very impressed with the work and I would not hesitate to contact Esteban again for future electrical needs. Thank you!

As part of our kitchen renovation, it was the perfect time to get a new kitchen window and new sliding door. Eco Choice was able to provide a cost estimate immediately and sent someone to measure the door and window to confirm the appropriate sizes were ordered. Upon installation, everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our new window and sliding door. The entire process was easy and they were true professionals throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Choice!

We contacted YCL for the structural design to remove some walls. The walls were load bearing, YCL was able to design appropriate posts and beams needed to remove the walls. We are pleased with the work YCL did for us and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks!

We wanted to create a more open concept main level, which included removing a load bearing wall in the kitchen/dining room, as well as another small wall (which was not expected to be load bearing). When the small wall ended up to also be load bearing, Leuri was able to provide a structural solution to allow this wall to be removed (he also consulted with a structural engineer to confirm). We had complete confidence with Leuri and his team. They were professional, provided updates throughout the process and even came in under the quoted price. I would not hesitate to recommend Leuri and his team for any other projects! We are very happy with the work Leuri and his team did for us.
