It was pleasure to deal with Charlie. He kept communications open at all times, very professional, polite, courteous. Establishes good rapport with his clients. He never lost his patience with me, though I'm not a very easy client, as I want everything exactly how I envisioned it, and I asked him to rehang washroom cabinets for a 2nd time. I will definitely hire Charlie for more work around my loft and will recommend him to others.

It was a pleasure doing work for you , but i truly felt that after leaving your loft and completing all the work to your satisfaction as you implied ,I feel that i deserved a rating of 11 plus ++ ...... i rarely respond to my customers reviews and they speak for themselves , but i had to respond to this rating as i feel it is not justifiedregards
