After working with other contractors and being frustrated by the lack of organization and communication, we found Ashton Renovations to renovate our main floor, including kitchen and living room. We chose them after speaking with Mark who provided a clear outline. We also appreciated that Ashton is a family run business and they advertise that they provide a clear and transparent process. Mark, Chris and the whole team were wonderful to work with. We began all of the planning through zoom meetings, since it was mid lockdown, and appreciated the 3D renderings of the plans as we went along. Mark was always responsive to our questions or concerns along a way. Our living room and kitchen is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ashton Renovations and would choose them again for any renovation we have. They follow through and provide a clear and transparent process, as well as excellent, high quality work!

Sergiy came to fix a backed up drain in our basement, which he discovered was caused by a blocked sewage sump pump. He came within a couple hours of calling on a Saturday of a long weekend. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained things to us as he went, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing issue. We felt he was very honest, trustworthy and excellent value for his excellent work. We will call him again for any plumbing issue.

I emailed Philip Friday evening for an estimate for our eavestrough to be cleaned. He emailed me back with an estimate right away and he was able to clean them Tuesday afternoon. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He honoured his estimate even though the work was more than expected. He took pictures of roof damage and recommended someone to fix it. I would highly recommend and we'll be calling him again for a regular cleaning from now on! Thanks Kristin
