Legacy Pool Review (5 Star Rating) October, 2018 We are so fortunate that we found Legacy Pools through our local pool supply company. We have used many different pool companies in the past ten years and Legacy Pools is the BEST company we have ever used. We would definitely give them a 5 star rating. They are a professional and an incredibly reliable pool company. We are so pleased that we found Legacy Pools. Mindy is the main contact person for Legacy Pools and she isfriendly, attentive and extremely reliable, she is absolutely fantastic! She is knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. We needed to replace our pool pump, Mindy not only recommended the top pumps but she sent information (brochures) so we could make a wise and educated choice. Dave arrived on the day and time that was scheduled and installed our pool pump and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the pump. Later in the season, we also had difficulty with our heater, it was acting up and we asked Dave to check it out. He came to the house and did an assessment and cleaned the heater and got it working, he said that it did not need to be replaced.When we asked Dave how much we owed him he said absolutely nothing, what company would go out of their way to check a component of a pool and not charge the client? This is incredible. All our interactions with Legacy Pools have been amazing; we would highly recommend Legacy Pools. We recently decided to renovate our basement. Everyone hears horror stories about renovation nightmares. We were extremely cautious and commenced a thorough search of the best company to work with. As huge fans of Bryan Baeumler one of his recommendations was The Renovator’s of Canada (T-ROC). We interviewed 5 companies and after speaking to many prior customers, we made our final choice and selected T-Roc. They were extremely professional and easy to deal with and their customers raved about them and their work. We had extremely high expectations and T-Roc not only met them, they exceeded them. Dennis was our contractor and our go-to man. Dennis is an awesome contractor and an exceptional person. He is extremely personable and professional. He is so easy to talk to and he listened to all our questions and concerns. He certainly has a lot of expertise in the industry and always found solutions to any questions or problems that occurred. Dennis would respond to all texts immediately, he was always available when we needed him. Dennis had an incredible team and in particular his right hand man, Siamak. Siamak is an incredibly humble, sweet man. He took great pride in his work and made sure that we were satisfied. All the trades people that came through our home were fantastic, real experts and perfectionists at their particular skill. The office staff, Amany was also a pleasure to deal with. She always asked how everything was going and if we were happy. We had one situation that arose that Dennis thought was best dealt with by Perry, the owner of the company. Perry was unbelievable; he carefully listened to our concerns. He wanted to know what we thought the solution should be; we offered our suggestion and without hesitation Perry immediately agreed to our solution and made us very happy. We were truly blown away that he agreed to our solution so quickly. Perry is an incredibly decent individual and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is very important to him and his company’s reputation. We are still in awe of how he handled the situation. We recently had our furniture delivered and the delivery men actually commented on the quality of our basement. They said that they have seen a lot of basements but ours stood out because it was noticeably well done. We will ONLY use T-Roc for all our future renovations. We are 100% satisfied customers! We highly recommend T-Roc and especially Dennis and his team for all your renovation needs. Judy and Brian Walker
