We hired Jacob and his team to clean our rental property after our tenants were evicted by the Sheriff. Jacob was able to give us an accurate quote from pictures I sent him via e-mail. Jacob and his team showed up early and left the house in immaculate condition. We subsequently used Jacob to clean after renos and he was able to provide us a cleaner on very short notice.
