Kenny was one of many that contacted me for the job. Right away he was prompt, honest and clear. He gave me a quick estimate from shots of my house online. I mentioned a few problem areas and he logically assessed the problems and provided solutions. We had a related addition to the job, and Kenny was able to special order it. I always had a good feeling when talking with him and I felt I was dealing with an honest person. We agreed on a fare price and set the installation date. Kenny and crew arrived on time and ready to go. I showed him the problem areas to correct and he even made recommendations like moving a downspout from my deck area to the other side of the house where theres less traffic. As well as keeping in mind other downspouts dont empty in areas that would cause dangerously slippery issues during winter. The weather this year has been very rainy and that day it poured for over an hour in the afternoon. I wouldnt have faulted Kenny if they decided to come back the next day, but they took cover, waited and finished the job when it cleared. All the workmanship was neat and clean, and provided a nice improvement to our home. We highly recommend this company.
