Jordan completed 2 jobs for me. One involved moving a light switch and the other was the restoration of power to an outlet that had not worked for years. Two other electricians had told me that the outlet was not repairable. It is on the outside wall of an old double brick house, with no insulation. Jordan proved them wrong. He knew exactly what to do and proceeded to do it. Jordan is efficient and skilled. He leaves the work area very tidy. The few holes he had to make to do the work were very small and neat. I can highly recommend him.

I have used the services of Davey Drywall for 3 projects. The first involved totally redoing another contractor's drywall installation around a new gas fireplace. Dave completed the job the way it should have been done in the first place. The second project was widening the opening between my living and dining rooms. The walls are plaster so the work was very difficult, but it was perfectly completed. The third was smoothing a textured living room ceiling and filling in the openings left when old pot lights were removed. Again, this job was done exactly as hoped. My experience in using Davey Drywall's services has been so positive. Dave is a craftsman. He is meticulous, proud of his work and does the job right. He works hard, keeps the work area tidy, and comes back if adjustments are needed. I keep hiring him because I trust his skills and his work ethic. the way it should have been done the first time. The ducts in my home haven't been cleaned for years. Based on reviews on this site, I hired DavesDucts to do the work. They arrived early for their appointment yesterday. The servicemen were polite, very tidy and efficient. Before and after photos showed the thoroughness of their work. They were at my home for over three hours. There was no residual dust when they left. I am very pleased and can recommend them.

Milan has painted both interior and exterior surfaces of my house over a number of years. I feel comfortable in writing this review because I really know his work. I keep going back to him because his work is excellent, he is completely reliable, he is easy to contact and quick to respond and he is a true professional. Milan really cares about the quality of his work and he is just such a pleasure to deal with. Most recently he has painted my laundry room, my family room, window frames, garage door and porch ceiling. Everything looks perfect. He really listens and strives to make sure his customer is satisfied.

One of the ways that I evaluate a company, is the manner in which they deal with problems. This company is simply stellar. I had exterior waterproofing done by Aquatech and because I was satisfied with that work, months later I hired them to do interior waterproofing of my basement crawlspace. When there were problems with water staining the concrete surface of the crawlspace after the completion of that job, Aquatech responded instantly. They evaluated the cause and made arrangements to correct it. They came back last week, exactly when they had promised and have recently completed the project. Ours was a difficult job site in which to work, because the crawlspace is only about 4.5 ft. high, so workers had to be on their knees. They broke up and removed the old concrete and many inches of sand, replaced the weeping tiles, added gravel, membrane and concrete. The concrete had to be laid by hand. The job took days. It was done very neatly, extremely efficiently, with continuous information and politeness. Supervisors were constantly on hand. It looks great and I am very pleased with Aquatech's reliability and integrity. My sincere thanks to Nick, Andrew, Domenic and their hardworking staff. I can highly recommend this company.

Matt responded to me promptly when I called asking for a repair of a cracked pipe in the area below my laundry room, and beside my furnace. Water from the laundry room was leaking on to the basement floor. He had to dig out concrete, replace the pipe and then resurface the area. His work was meticulous. He also cleared clogged bathtub and sink drains. He and his father, who assists, were at my home for 3 hours. They left everything clean and tidy. They were very polite and answered all questions. I have used Matt's services in the past and will happily call on him again.
