Francisco responded promptly to my e-mail, I got a quote soon after, and booked the job. Francisco and Khody were on time to start the job, handled everything with care and respect. We had a setback due to the wood we bought at Homedepot. Khody pointed out the defects, and we had to return everything and buy new wood. We had to postpone the job for a couple of days. After that everything went smooth and on time. The oak staircase stain matches well the maple hardwood we chose. We knew we could not get a perfect match due to the difference in grain, but we're happy with the results. Floor and stairs look great and we saved quite a bit going with ecowoods vs. the builder.
