We had an unfortunate situation where someone drove through our fence and garden and into our front yard. We contacted Aim for an estimate to replace the damaged fence. Jim was quick to come to our house to review the work needed and provide an estimate. The work was quickly scheduled with Wade doing an incredible job of building the fence. All work was professional and timely. The finished fence is a beautiful backdrop for our garden. I can’t say enough good things about this company! We were so pleased with the result of the fence design in our front yard, that we contracted with the company to do Phase 2 in our backyard. Again nothing but praise for Jim and Wade.

We have an Amana refrigerator with a bottom freezer. We love our fridge but the fridge half had stopped working and was not keeping the food cold. We phoned Better Care at 8 in the morning and they were able to send a technician over at mid day to assess the problem. Alex arrived on time, reviewed the issue, explained the possible causes and provided an estimate. He quickly and thoroughly completed the repair. Excellent service, professional staff and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our washing machine drains into a laundry tub that is in the basement, however the drain blocked causing the water to overflow onto the floor. We tried the usual DIY actions to clear it but nothing worked. Milani is our go to company for plumbing and heating issues so we called them for help with our drains. They were able to send a technician out the same afternoon. He was great - professional, knowlegeable and quick. He resolved our issue and provided helpful suggestions on how to prevent future troubles. A great company with knowledgeable staff.
