I had a good feeling about WaterMart back in 2019 when I first spoke to Donna asking about the product. Due to health issues followed by COVID, I was unable follow up until now and am so happy I made the decision to go with them. Compared to my old 1st generation Culligan system, it appears this new system will be very easy to use when I, eventually, have to change the filters. The initial install was done by George who was on time, friendly and professional. I had a small issue after the installation. The companys response was quick and within a couple of days, they sent another installer (unfortunately, didnt get his name) to fix the issue. Again, on time, friendly and professional. Cost with installation very reasonable compared to larger competitor.

Hello! I'm so happy to hear that you followed up after thinking about it since before the pandemic. Not only are we easier to use than Culligan - but about 1/2 the price and every bit as efficient. George is an old hand at this and is not only a stellar technician, but also a great guy. I am sorry about the initial issue but I'm happy we were able to get it fixed quickly. And yes, concerning cost: It blows my mind how much some companies feel they can charge and that somehow it is ok. I know what equipment costs us. It is sad how sometimes high pressure sales and a big name woo people into spending much more than they should. All that said, thank you so much once again for choosing Watermart.
