Two years ago A Plus installed a new furnace and AC in my house. They were very professional and nice and everything seemed fine. Two years after installation, we noticed the AC was not as effective as before. We called A Plus and got a prompt response, however, the issue was not fully resolved. A Plus technicians visited our home two more times to thoroughly check our HVAC system and replace certain parts, and eventually were able to resolve the problem to our full satisfaction.

It is standard across the industry to charge labor fee if you don't have extended warranty, something we are very upfront and transparent about. We provide labor warranty for initial one year of installation. Further, Senior Technician came there after maintenance was done and found leak in coil so the part was ordered from manufacturer as it was covered under warranty, Additionally, when an equipment is under warranty, it's important we follow the manufacturers process and order through them otherwise they would have denied your claim, this is why there was a delay.
