David was quick to respond when I needed an inspector. He was very professional and explained things in a simple way. He identified issues and offered to talk with Strata President if needed. David found some crack vents in our roof and also in some neighbours took pictures to show location. David provided us solutions and estimated budget for things that have to fixed and or replaced. I would definitely recommend David to family and friends.
