Thank you very much for your kind words about our Company. As it has been a very wet start to the year, we were happy to clear the blockage before it caused severe damage. Iron oxide is naturally occurring in certain soil conditions and can cause blockages in the perimeter drain tile and outgoing lines. We recommend flushing every 6 months up to 2 years based on the soil conditions to maintain clear drains. ~Drainrock Industries
