Have been a long time customer. Company is going through ownership changes and the customer service has gone straight down hill! I called in to request service, to regain access to my cameras from outside the house. Basically I got yelled at and told I have to wait two weeks. Really disappointed in the time and money I have invested with Executive Alarms
