HI, We would recommend Kevin and his company - they were responsive, tried to please, respected deadlines and we are very happy with the work that they did. He even came back personally to fix a small problem that developed shortly after and did that no charge. Its hard to find good tradespeople these days, Kevin and his group fall into that category.

I would normally give a 5 star rating as they do good work, are nice guys and come when they say they are going to. This is all great and not overly common in the contractor business so Kudos guys..keep it up. I said only 3 star, and would not recommend for one simple reason - both times their cost was well above expectations based on my past experiences with plumbers. The first call was an emerg call at 11 pm...took him 10 mins, charge was 400 dollars. 2nd call, was about an hour and a half...charged 400 for labour and an extra 150 for parts...both seemed higher than they should. Would have expected around 450. But...good guys, and reliable...you can decide for yourselves.

Hello, sorry to hear about your experience with our pricing but we our glad you are happy with the finished product.

To explain our pricing structure, for an emergency call (after 5pm, and weekends) we charge $100 for the service call and fully stocked truck and have a one hour minimum of labor required, which costs a constant rate of $200/hour. During regular weekday hours we charge $89 for the service call and again a minimum of one hours work at $99/hour.
