Had made several phone calls(to pool companies) to get details on replacing the old pool heater and purchasing a new one. Pure Water was prompt and had all questions answered in very timely manner. Heater in stock and replaced with no delays. They took the old heater away as well. This was a perk that was not offered by the other pool company. Pure Water gets a big thumbs up and I will definitely recommend them.

Best roofing (Steve) came in and replaced our current roof with excellent qualtiy materials and service. Cleaned up any garbage each day after the work day was over. Work was started and finished as quoted. Very reputable company.

What could this company do to improve their services?
No improvement necessary. I have already passed their name on to 5 other people.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Get several quotes and make sure the qualtiy of the materials is top quality. I had two quotes and Best Roofing beat the first quote by thousands of dollars and they used better quality materials.

We have used Capital for the past 3 years for our snow removal and were more than happy with their service. Always there to remove even the smallest amount. Sometimes back twice in one day. Highly recommended! Jane
