The AC component cannot control at anything much below high 70 on hot days. Owner Mark tells me this is normal. Old unit could control in the high 60's. No explanation. The cure has been monthly service visits, mostly change the filter , at $85/ visit. The old Hvac worked well, I thought at 25 years old I should get ahead of it and change to a newer more efficient unit. $8000 mistake.

Approximate cost of services:
$7,000.00
