This was an emergency call and they attend asap. Due to the other tree issues in the neighbourhood they said they would be back in a few days later to clean up. They were true to their word and returned promptly. We also had some other branches removed to avoid problems in the future. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

It's amazing how nature seems to look out for us at times. If it wasn't for that "ugly" lower branch, the leader's exact size and angle, and how it rested after fully detaching, it would have definitely punctured your pool and gone through the fence.
It was a challenge to get on the ground but with the right rigging gear and patience, the job was without a hitch.
