My move involved many stairs, as I relocated from a 3rd fl walk up to a mainfloor. I also had items in the basement! None of that was a problem for them. I called a million times with changes and was always treated with kindness. The 3 guys were great--arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend!
