I knew my 17 year old dishwasher was leaking. First dude I called couldn't find the leak and left. I was annoyed and pulled it out myself the next day and confirmed that it was leaking. Called AJ and they answered my call and sent someone close by over to see. Yes it was leaking and a new water valve was replaced very quickly and efficiently. Forgot the technician's name but he was very polite. Thank you so much for the quick service. Will recommend and use you again. RB

I've used CTHRU for the past 2 or 3 years for eavestrough. This time used there 'special' and had my windows done as well. Getting a little too old to get up on that ladder! The two gentlemen that did this job were outstanding. Very polite and took care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend them.

My 2 year old LG fridge died July 4, 2020. Called LG who contacted their contracted service company (Elite). They called me and said they could get a rep out on July 16, nothing earlier! Rep came out that day, said it was the compressor, would order it and be back early next week to install. Next week came no rep. Called Elite who said it was not approved, LG said it was. Elite told LG that they have to order the part. Elite calls to inform me of install date July 28. Nothing earlier. No complaining to LG helped. Finally today July 28 I have a fridge/freezer that is working. DO NOT deal with this company, PAID calls get done before warranty covered ones. I was without a fridge for exactly 24 days and that is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Chose this company after getting 3 quotes. Eric provided a very detailed quote in person. He was extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time and completed within 2 hours including clean up. We are very satisfied with the result. Do your homework, get your quotes but in the end go with a certified arborist. Eric gave us the quote and did the work with help.
