Windows and doors went in first. Good conversation with Marc where he ensured that we would get what we wanted in quality and design. Wasn't disappointed.. Doors are beautiful. No gaps , well trimmed, close solid, sealed well. Windows were on Marc's recommendation (thank you). Very well built, operate smoothly, lock snugly, very efficiently installed. I watched him seal them. Three passes around the frame with foam sealer. No drafts. Tested with a candle. lol House stays at least ten degrees cooler on the hot sunny days. Very efficient. Needed shingles next. Marc recommended Edmonton Roofs Plus. He replaced my vents, installed two goosenecks, upgraded the breather tubes. The best shingles were only 25% more, and they look great. 40 yr warrantee. Excellent job. The siding and finishing touches look like they were done with a laser level. The one inch foam insulation was almost seamless. I very much appreciated the attention to detail that was taken in every step of the job. As a mechanic I appreciate when a little extra time and effort is put into a job. The tradesmen on this job can step back , look at the house. smile and say "I did that"
