Design Turf Inc. provided excellent service throughout the process of having our backyard upgraded to artificial turf. From the initial visit and provision of an estimate of the cost for our installation, throughout the installation process, right up to job clean-up. The estimated cost was accurate and the time that expired between the initial site visit and installation date was much less than expected, which was very much appreciated considering that we're entering the rainy season. All work was completed in one day and the team was very careful with the existing in-ground sprinkler system. Thank you Alex, Phil, Patrick and team for an exceptionally positive experience.

We are again very pleased with Delta Classic Homes and the work that they performed for us this past month. We contacted Avi because he and his team did such a great job for us last year when we had our interlock walkways and curbing replaced, concrete porch resurfaced, a backyard patio constructed and the driveway repaved. This time the work consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a retaining wall beside external stairs that lead to our basement and fixing the drain at the bottom of the stairs. We also had 3 pot lights installed in the soffit above our garage door. Avi was able to immediately schedule the work after we contacted him and the work was completed within a very reasonable amount of time especially considering the extremely uncooperative weather. Again Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Avi or Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with. We highly recommend the services provided by Delta Classic Homes.

We are very pleased with the work that Delta Classic Homes performed for us. We had called other contractors to obtain estimates for the work but Avi was the only one to respond immediately. He told us that it would only be a matter of 2-4 weeks before he would be able to undertake the work and he was true to his word - the work was both started and completed within the timeframe that Avi had provided. The work consisted of replacing old interlock walkways and wooden driveway curbing, repairing and resurfacing the front porch, constructing a small patio in the backyard with existing interlock, replacing buckled metal window wells with concrete ones and repaving our driveway. Avi provided us with options regarding the work to be performed and, because of his knowledge and experience, was able to recommend materials and solutions that were better than what we had originally intended. Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Avi or Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He cheerfully accommodated our last-minute design changes and often suggested alternatives that resulted in a better end result than we had anticipated. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with. We have several other projects that we will be undertaking in the future and we will definitely be using Avi and his team when the time comes. We've heard many horror stories regarding other contractors and want to thank Delta Classic Homes, Avi and Ladi for an extremely positive experience! Highly recommended!
