Went in to purchase a second fish of my own. Great employees, very helpful, made the trip very fast and pleasant. Will definatelly be going there for all the supplies and the advices.
My brother wanted to start an aquarium of his own. So we went across the street to the Big Al's store to select the fish bowl and a first fish for him to get the flavour of how to take care of fish. As we walked in we were properly greeted, however when making a selection, staff seem to persuade us to purchase the most expensive item, and it was quite irritating. other than that staff members appeared to be very nice and knowledgeable
Hi, today I was browsing for a TV set fro my room, and after browsing through several Best Buys and Future shops I ended up at the Future Shop at 9325 Yonge street. I was very impressed by how quick the stuff is with helping a customer to direct all the needs and preferences. The choice of TV was very simple after a knowledgeable stuff member(no name tag) gave me a professional advice on a matter.

Although the sales assistant did not acknoldge my entrance into the store, he was able to answer my questions and suggest titles that I might enjoy. Aslo, as i brought in the games to trade he wa svery efficient and did not make any msitakes. Great purchase, great workers.
