Our Air conditioner would not start and we checked all the obvious reasons then call Roy Inch and Sons who immediately scheduled an appointment from 12 to 2 pm the same day. About 1:20 our Service Expert, Josh called to introduce himself and indicate that he would arrive within 20 minutes. He and his trainee, Jesse, arrived promptly, were courteous, and thorough in their investigation to discover the cause of our problem. It turned out to be that our thermostat was not functioning properly and they replaced it with the expected positive results. could not be more pleased nor impressed with the methodical and logical approach to diagnosis and management. The Expert was a patient and thorough teacher to the Trainee despite the extra time this takes.
