Kampen Appliances Service is a professional company from the friendly receptionist Karen to Edward the technician. He was able to quickly identify the problem, had the part available and install it in 15 minutes. Edward called to inform me when he would arrive. This was much appreciated. Their service fee included diagnosing the issue. Kampen is a company that I highly recommend.

We had raccoons under our deck. I called SOS to get a quote. I sent Sherwin photos of the deck and dimensions so that he could get a metter idea of the work involved. He provided a quote on a timely basis and the cost was reasonable. We scheduled a date for the work to be done. Jamie is a very professional person. He showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done in one day. He cleaned up after the job was completed. We are pleased with the work and trust that the unwanted tenants under our deck have been permanently evicted. Jamie gave us his word that in the unlikely event that the raccoons cause any damage to the chicken wire that SOS will repair but he is confident that this will not occur. We are very happy with the work done and would highly reccomend SOS. Thank you Jamie.
