Adam Patel is the contractor and we have much faith in he and his team . He is competent and worked to finish the kitchen/ bathroom renos within a reasonable timeline. There were a few delays but these were in part due to unforeseen matters that required a bit of extra cost and time but these small changes were necessary for the team to do the most professional job possible. My husband and I appreciated his willingness to listen to and address any questions or concerns that arose in the course of the project. He is mild mannered and easy to talk to which meant a lot to both of us. The members of his team were professional and responsive to our questions throughout the project. His budget was fair and he adhered to his contract. We will use Thornhill Contracting again in future for any renos and upgrades that we plan to undertake. Diane and John McNeil Toronto
