An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi this is Lisa and Dean. Dev from R&S Window Coverings was recommended to us by a friend that got some work done from them. I must say we are very impressed with there work and product that they produce. There customer service is outstanding!! On the day of our free in home consultation there was a major snow storm, I thought they would definately cancel, but to my surprise they weathered the storm and made it for the appointment. They quoted us an amazing price, and best of all they had our shutters custom made and installed in 1 week!! We would definately recommend these hard working guys to anyone.
