We required wood paneling repair and painting, window caulking and painting, moulding painting, door painting, and metal railing painting. So a lot of moving parts! Quite a few other companies weren't interested in getting involved as it wasn't a simple scrape and paint job. So we were happy that Gil and his team were interested. But I knew that I wanted Gil to do the job as soon as I met him. He was as much as a pleasure to work with as I expected. The quality of the job was top notch. He and his team members were professional, courteous, unintrusive, and hard working. I can't wait to get them to do some work inside our house once winter comes along! Book him and you won't regret it.

We have an older but fairly large cottage on Lake Muskoka. The bathrooms were quite dated (green toilet, wallpaper, movie star lighting). We wanted them gutted and replaced with a more classic look. Chris met me on site and was on time, very friendly, but also gave me confidence that he was capable and thorough. We selected him to do our job based on his price quote and his service level up to that point. He worked over the winter while we weren't around and finished the job in good time and with no surprises. There were a few small challenges which he dealt with very professionally and no questions asked. Overall, Chris is a trustworthy, reliable, fair, and professional contractor. We highly recommend him. ***Pictures are before and after and hopefully you can tell the difference!

Company is very eager to install new equipment in your house and sign you up for a maintenance contract. The equipment works very well but the customer service is quite poor. They never called me for my spring service visit, even though they happily take money out of my account every month so when I called them in early May they offered a mid-June appointment. I was not pleased with this since they are supposed to call me early spring to set something up so then they offered me an early-June appointment. At 4:30 pm the day before my appointment they emailed to cancel and offered me a mid-June appointment instead. I have had other disappointing customer service interactions. The company has become too big to care about all of its customers.
