I found Envirotech via comments on Facebook a year ago, and kept their information. I came to hear of them through colleagues with positive reviews, so I called them up. Mark came to the house to review the attic insulation and while he could have proceeded right away, he made sure to point me to the Enbridge home efficiency rebate program before we did any work, otherwise I wouldn't qualify for their rebate program. The team was efficient, professional and respectful on site, and kept all the mess to a minimum. The two most obvious things we've noticed after only a day in July heat, is that there isn't a noticeable change in temperature heading into our son's rooms, (or ours), and also in the closet under the attic, as they added some weatherstrip to the entry hatch. With it this noticeable in the summer, I can only imagine the change we will see in the winter. Thanks team!

Second time using the Primeav team, and this was a quick in-and-out that Chad snuck in for us in this busy Holiday season. Our request was to remove a currently mounted TV (over our fireplace), and replace it with another one. The job took just over an hour's effort, but it did require swapping wall mounts, due to the size of the *new* tv would have conflicted with the sound bar. Additionally, I fully believe that the reason this went so quickly, was because the original set up was done BY Primeav, thus making this request that much smoother. Thanks again Chad!

We were referenced to Steve by a neighbor, and the project was to replace carpeting upstairs. Steve was the consummate professional from the very beginning. He consulted with my wife and I, made suggestions which allowed us to make the choices we would be happy with. His crew are extremely professional, self motivated and very outgoing. The job consisted of 3 bedrooms, 2 walk-in closets, 1 regular closet, the upstairs hallway, as well as the stairs to reach the upper level of the house. During his consult, Steve recognized that we could leave the staircase and railing alone based on the color of the laminate we chose, savings us time and money. The team was also aware of our pets being in the basement, and made sure not to "accidentally" let them out, while this isn't always the case when contractors arrive to your home. While working on site, his team is aware of their surroundings. Sometimes, only one person is needed for a step in the process, but instead of standing around, his team noticed (and fixed) a scratch in our stairway walls, and two shelving units that were not secure. One of the crew, who showed up early every day, gave me a recap of where we stood and the plans for the day. I left afterwards, but forgot to put out the recycling - so he took care of it for me. If they were this aware of shelves and recycling, how focused do you think they were on the stuff they were being paid for? My wife's asthma was a major factor for us to put in laminate, and our house was spotless each and every day. This team is a special group of people that has the know how to get the job done, but more importantly, they recognize how to see the big picture when someone's house (life) is in uproar. Superb job, guys! Shannon and Dawn
