I had Terry provide a quote to reshingle our family room extension. The quote included installing ice and weather shield underneath the shingle, something I would encourage for a little bit extra. Terry met me the same day I called him - on time as well. I showed him the job and he provided me with a written quote and a business card - something every contractor should be doing. I called Terry to confirm we wanted him to do the job. He called me back the next day and said he would be in a couple of days later. As expected he kept his promise and I arrived home to find the only evidence they had been there the sign on the front lawn. They left no mess at all. Terry took no money up front and we squared up a few days later. Considering there are many cowboys out there that bad name the industry, Terry and his crew could not be further from them. Would highly recommend this company.
