Steve was at our house today to fix our washing machine that wouldn't drain. The area that Steve worked in was tight to say the least. Steve was on time for our appointment, notified us a half hour prior to his arrival and showed up looking clean with a friendly smile on his face. He was very professional in his dimeaner and fixed our problem quickly. He left no mess and communicated the issue in terms we could understand. Steve also took the time to check out an entirely different issue that we are having with our hood fan. This service comes with no surprises as we have dealt with Steve and valley view appliances from the past and his service was equally stellar then as well. I would not only recommend his service to a friend but would be glad to have the privallage in dealing with valley view appliances again. Shawn A very happy customer
