This review is overdue as our home inspection was at the end of 2016; however, I have since contacted David several times with follow up questions and he has been extremely helpful each time. As an inspector, David is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and just a pleasure to deal with. He walked us through every detail of his findings and was very honest and straightforward with us. He has the ability to explain issues in a way that anyone can understand, even if you don't have his background, and I appreciated how much information we gained about our home (especially since we went on to purchase it). In the months that have followed, I have felt confident in David's assessment of our home and we have already recommended him to friends and family. He really is great at what he does - thanks again!

We originally hired Aymeric to re-pipe the poly-B in our newly purchased house, but the list of renovations we asked him to address quickly snowballed from there. From the initial quote to the final scope of the work that was completed, Aymeric was honest, up-front, reliable and extremely thorough at every step. He tried to save us money where he could, but never cut corners or sacrificed quality.
