Submitting this review on behalf of the customer/home owner (my mother), who is not familiar with the process of leaving reviews. The installation took place on October 23, 2023 Overall, my mother was extremely happy and satisfied with the installation from start to finish. She mentioned to me that the installer (Saeed), was extremely professional and efficient with the installation and was patient with explaining to her how the heat pump works and what should be expected. Fantastic job, Cozy World!

The fridge at my mothers house suddenly stopped working (no longer cooling). After reading all the wonderful reviews about this company, I gave them a call. They were able to go over to the house within a few hours of calling them, and they quickly identified the issue and provided a workaround until they could permanently fix the issue. They came back to the house the next business day with a the replacement part and completed the repair quickly! Fantastic service, and they definitely have a repeat customer in me. Once again, I was struck with a minor ant issue in my house once again. My house is extremely clean, so it came as a surprise that I had the same issue again. As soon as I noticed it, I did not hesitate to contact Manish. Once again, he provided superior service and also proactively took care of other areas that could be impacted. Manish did a fantastic job taking care of a pavement ant problem in my home. He expertly found the issue, resolved it and explained things to me very carefully as to why I had the issue. With all of the rainfall that has been occurring over the past few months, I discovered a leak in the ceiling of my house twice! Both times, Elian and his team came to our rescue. Not only did him and his team fix my roof twice, he also pro-actively found some other potential problem points and fixed them up as well. If that isn't going above and beyond what is asked, than I don't what is! They are an amazing team, very well priced, efficient, friendly and the only roofing team that I would ever consider using. I will (and already have) started recommending Elian and his team to other people who have roofing needs. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! For anyone that would rate them less than that, I challenge you to find a better team. Keep up the great work, guys!
