Ryan was first referred to me a few years back and I have hired him several times since then. At the time we lived in a century home and the old cast iron drain pipe in the basement was corroded and starting to leak. Ryan took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would solve the issue. In addition to fixing the problem, he also spent some time looking at the fixtures in our basement and found a more efficient way to connect them for better drainage (which subsequently eliminated a mysterious odor in our laundry sink that I had attributed to old age). Overall - friendly and fair small-town service.

Replaced all of our windows with product from Mason. Rollers in the windows started to strip and pop out of the tracks the first summer, meaning windows had to be manually open/shut. Customer service is non-existent. You cannot reach this company at all. Yes, the windows were well priced. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra money. If you have any issues whatsoever, you're completely on your own.
